Chef Erick, from renowned pop-up Requinto, will be whipping up another full dinner in the Cave. 1 Menu ticket includes food for 2, salad, dessert, and cocktail pairings. These seats will sell quickly. Tickets are for groups of 2. Tables can accommodate parties of 2,4, or 6, so bring your family. Parties of 2 will be seated with other guests. Sopa de Fideo (2)

Fideo noodles, chayote, and cilantro in a tomato chicken broth. 

Rajas con Crema

Roasted poblanos, onion and yellow corn in a Mexican cream sauce. Side bolillo toast points.

Cochinita Pibil Platter

Pork shoulder marinated in achiote and braised in banana leaves. 

Benny Blanco heirloom corn tortillas, citrus pickled red onions, pickled habaneros, radish, serrano chilies, limes and micro cilantro.
